HOW TO SHOP

  • In SHOP, you can select from the product categories listed on the left hand side to browse through our products. If you click on a particular item, you will see the details of that product including images, price and description.
  • To add the item to your shopping bag, simply select your size and quantity and then click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath each item. You can continue browsing and adding items in this way.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link in the top right hand corner of the page. To remove an item from your shopping bag, press the "x" on the right hand side of the product listed in your shopping bag.
  • Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and follow the steps to complete your order.

 

DELIVERY

FireHosiery offers FREE registered shipping:

  • Australia-wide for orders over AU$40;
  • to New Zealand for orders over AU$70; and
  • to the rest of the world for orders over AU$80.

Australia-wide Shipping

If your order is less than AU$40, your shipping cost to any location Australia-wide will be:

  • AU$6.95 for registered shipping (EParcel Delivery).

New Zealand Shipping

If your order is less than AU$70,your shipping cost to any location in New Zealand will be:

  • AU$12 for registered international shipping (3-10 business days).

Rest of the World Shipping

If your order is less than AU$80, your shipping cost to any country (other than Australia and New Zealand) will be:

  • AU$17 for registered international shipping (3-10 business days).

Benefits of Registered Shipping

The benefits that you receive from registered shipping are:

  • proof that your order was sent;
  • proof that your order was delivered - a signature is obtained on delivery; and
  • a unique tracking identification number for your order.

Timing of Dispatch

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before2:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

General

We recommend sending your order to your office address or a location where there will be someone to receive it between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

SIZING

Please check the size chart below for your correct size. If your height and weight are borderline, you may prefer to try the next size up.

The FireHosiery website is protected by GeoTrust SSL certification. This ensures that all data, including credit card numbers, is encrypted and remains secure as it travels across the Internet.

When you visit the checkout pages of the FireHosiery website, you will notice:

  • a padlock icon appears in the URL section of your browser; and
  • the URL section of your browser appears green in colour.

This means that your purchase is safe and secure.

 

RETURNS

For personal hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In the rare instance that you should receive a faulty or damaged item, or an incorrect item within your order, contact Customer Care immediately:

Please ensure you provide Customer Care with your order number, product name, and a description of the problem, so that we can investigate and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Please note that care must be taken when putting on your hosiery. In particular watch out for rings and unmanicured nails. A refund will only be available where the damage is caused through no fault of your own.

To register as a member, simply click on the LOGIN link at the top right hand side of the page. Then select the BECOME A MEMBER link and fill in your details.
I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your member login password, click on the FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD link on the MEMBER LOGIN page and your password will be emailed to you.

How can I redeem promotion offers?
If you have received a promotion code, just enter it into the box labelled PROMOTION CODE at checkout. This will automatically update the total amount of your order in accordance with the terms of your promotion offer.
