FireHosiery offers a FREE Air Mail delivery for ALL orders worldwide over $24. Where the total purchase amount is less than $24, a shipping fee of $6.95 applies.
Orders are generally delivered in 3 to 10 business days, however shipping times depend on your location.
Please note that this is not a trackable system and we will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged parcel.

Timing of Dispatch
We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before2:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Australian customers will also receive a courier tracking number for their parcel.
We recommend sending your order to your office address or a location where there will be someone to receive it between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday.Note: for Australian orders, our courier service cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please note that care must be taken when putting on your hosiery. In particular watch out for rings and unmanicured nails. A refund will only be available where the damage is caused through no fault of your own.

I just signed up for a FireHosiery subscription! What will I receive?
Each month, you will receive a limited edition featured pair of hosiery. You will also receive a monthly style guide e-newsletter, introducing the featured hosiery for the month and providing expert styling tips for achieving an on-trend look with your new hosiery.
If I have a gift subscription, what happens when I reach my last month?
If you have a gift subscription, it will be terminated after you receive your last parcel. To re-subscribe as a regular recurring subscriber, simply select your size and subscribe here. Don't hesitate to contact us on for assistance by email at email@example.com.
Do I have to reorder every month?
No, once you are a member your FireHosiery parcel is sent automatically every month.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime, simply by giving 5 business days notice. Pre-paid (gift) memberships cannot be cancelled, but can be transferred to someone else. To cancel or transfer your membership, please email our friendly Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my size?
Yes! Simply email or customer care team at email@example.com and let them know which size you would like to change to. Please ensure any size change request is made before the 25th day of the month.
What if I need to change my address?
You can make changes to your billing and shipping addresses by logging in to your account page and clicking the “Address Book” tab on the left hand side. Please also email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know about your address change. Please ensure all address changes (and credit card changes if necessary!) are made before the 25th day of the month.
When will I be billed for monthly ongoing subscription?
When you place your order for the monthly membership, you will be billed for your first shipment immediately. For your second and subsequent shipments will be billed on that same day each month.
Can I use PayPal for my FireHosiery subscription?
Yes! PayPal can be used to pay for gift subscriptions. Unfortunately at this stage we are not able to offer month-by-month subscriptions via PayPal.
How will I know when my FireHosiery parcel has been sent?
You will receive an email confirming that it has been sent.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free for both monthly-by-month and gift subscription packages. However, in some instances, free shipping may not apply for the first month if you are redeeming a coupon code.
When will my parcel be shipped?
You will receive an email confirming the date that your first parcel will ship. All subsequent parcels are shipped during the first week of the month.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Australian customers: yes, you will be able to track your shipment. Tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. International customers: your parcel will be sent by standard air mail, which cannot be tracked. We’re happy to make special arrangements if you wish to have your parcel tracked for a small additional charge – just email as at email@example.com.

What if I don't know my recipient's shipping address?
If you do not supply your recipient’s shipping address, we will need their email address in order to send them notification of their gift.
Can I choose when the first gift parcel ships?
Yes! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a specific shipping date for your gift parcel. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent out in the first week of the month. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery for Australian addresses and 5-10 business days for international addresses.
Can I transfer a gift subscription?
Yes! To transfer your membership, please email our friendly Customer Care team at email@example.com.
What sort of products will I receive?
Each month, you will receive a limited edition featured pair of hosiery, exclusively designed and made for our members. For a feel of the types of products that may be included, we suggest browsing our range.
What if I don't like the hosiery I receive?
We hope you do! But if you don't, please tell us. Feedback is important to us and we promise to respond.
Will you tell me what is coming in my parcel ahead of time?
We will send you an email towards the beginning of each month introducing the new featured style for the coming month, along with styling tips for how to wear it for an on-trend look.
