HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

In SHOP, you can select from the product categories listed on the left hand side to browse through our products. If you click on a particular item, you will see the details of that product including images, price and description.

To add the item to your shopping bag, simply select your size and quantity and then click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath each item. You can continue browsing and adding items in this way.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link in the top right hand corner of the page. To remove an item from your shopping bag, press the "x" on the right hand side of the product listed in your shopping bag.

Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE and follow the steps to complete your order.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

When choosing which size to order, please ensure you check your height, weight and hip measurements against our size chart for your correct size.
If your measurements are borderline on the size chart, you may prefer to try the next size up.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?

If an item is not in stock, a message will appear on the product page for that item indicating that it is currently out of stock. If an item is not in stock in a particular size, a message indicating that size is out of stock will appear in the size selection panel on the product page for that item.

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, please email Customer Care and we will inform you once the new stock arrives:

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

For personal hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In the rare instance that you should receive a faulty or damaged item, or an incorrect item within your order, please email Customer Care immediately:
Please ensure you provide Customer Care with your order number, product name, and a description of the problem so that we can investigate and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Please note that care must be taken when putting on your hosiery. In particular watch out for rings and unmanicured nails. A refund will only be available where the damage is caused through no fault of your own.
